This is a draft early access privacy policy for WalkRound MEP. It should be reviewed before any full public or paid launch.

Overview

WalkRound MEP is a site visit reporting app. In this early access version, the app is designed to run in your browser and store report data locally on your device/browser unless you choose to export, download or share it.

Information you enter into the app

You may choose to enter project names, visit details, actions, notes, photos, RFIs, drawings and company logos. During early access, you should avoid uploading confidential, sensitive or restricted project information.

Local storage

The early access app stores data locally in your browser/device using browser storage. This means the data is generally kept on the device/browser you used, unless you export it or share it.

Exports and sharing

If you export a PDF report or JSON backup, you control where that file is saved or shared. WalkRound MEP is not responsible for how exported files are distributed after export.

Early access forms

If you submit an early access or feedback form, the details you provide may be used to contact you about WalkRound MEP, collect feedback and improve the product.

Tracking and advertising

The launch pack does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If analytics are added later, this policy should be updated.

Data deletion

You can clear app data from within the app using the clear data option, or by clearing browser/site data for WalkRound MEP.
